A couple of months ago I purchased an Opio (KoAloha) acacia tenor ukulele from you. I have been a little slow letting you know about it because I wanted to put it through its paces before I gave any feedback. This brings me to my review of the ukulele.The sound far exceeds my expectations. It is bright and the sound is as pleasing as my koa and rosewood ukuleles. The fretboard is easy and has, what I consider, perfect action. There is no buzz at all and the action is at a perfect height for me.
A great product is only as good as the service behind it. Your immediate attention to detail (set up, prompt delivery and entire transaction) could not have gone any smoother!
